LabKinetiq provides laboratory technology solutions including KinetiqFax (bulk eFax delivery), Kinetiq Portal (lab order entry and results portal), Kinetiq Hub (HL7 interface engine and middleware), KinetiqDrive (mobile phlebotomy route management), and related professional services such as interface consulting, custom development, and lab IT support.

Specific product features, service levels, pricing, and implementation terms are defined in separate agreements, statements of work, order forms, or subscription terms executed between LabKinetiq and the customer.

3. Website Use

You may use our Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with site operation, scrape content without permission, or use the Website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

4. Quotes and Consultations

Requesting a quote or scheduling a consultation does not create a customer relationship or obligation until both parties agree to written terms.

5. Customer Agreements

Use of LabKinetiq software products and paid services is governed by applicable license agreements, subscription terms, service level agreements, and statements of work. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed customer agreement, the signed agreement controls with respect to that customer relationship.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under their accounts.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and marketing materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for claims arising from Website use shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where prohibited by law. Liability for paid software and services is governed by applicable customer agreements.

Business associate agreements, data processing terms, and compliance requirements are addressed in separate customer agreements where applicable.
